Show Archive: Add Spotify and iTunes links to Show Detail Pages #29

Need to link to spotify and itunes APIs to match and pull urls for linking on the show list page.

This will require integration with individual iTunes and Spotify APIs / data feeds - need to investigate. Would be awesome if someone could find some detail out for me.

Also @sudomistress - please update this issue when the iTunes integration is in place. I may be able to pull the data from the Fireside JSON, though I think its unlikely.
