Limit File Path #91

This is not an "Issue" but I don't know where else to ask.

With the Field types "Download" and "URL" is there a way to set the "File Location" (ie Path) to start at a deeper folder and or limit it to a certain folder? It starts at the Root of the Portal which is not where I want my user to be?
