Map 1.0.9 is based on Visual Basic, should get translated to C#, as has been done for other Community Modues #4

Maps was perhaps going to get deprecated, so wasn't converted to C#, unlike most other Community Modules. If work continues on this module, it should also be converted to C#.

Who knows how to do that semi-efficiently? Was it Ernst Peter Tamminga and/or Daniel Valadas perhaps?

We have converted quite a few modules to c# and it has always been problematic. I suggest if you want to contribute to the other fixes first, we can public a bug fix release first and then tackle the c# conversion. Me and EPT have commercial tools that are not too bad, but even with those, there have been issues detected later caused by the conversion.
