Vendors are not displaying properly in vendor module #12

Vendors are not displaying properly in vendor module for a specific Portal when its in Host/Vendors/portalid/{id} location. . So its always displaying all vendors of parent and child portal. Also when I save a vendor its not saving the PortalId in vendor table. Its always saving null value. Also vendors menu is displaying twice in Admin when we are in parent portal .
