Removed Telerik Controls and replaced with standard controls

Removed wherever Telerik was referenced

Thanks for the contribution @Marker4 but it looks like all those files were created on the root folder instead of edited in their correct place...

@valadas Sorry about that. I am having trouble with VS letting me commit the changes. I tried to upload manually but messed it up.

Hi, I've removed Telerik dependencies in a website using this module, and now I'm getting this error when trying to load the Vendors module: "DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.Web.Deprecated' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." Any idea?
