DotNetNuke.Messaging extension should also be removed #581

I'm finding older sites that have been upgraded still have the Messaging extension (v 6.1.5) as well as the Message Center extension.

It's still a System Extension on my longer living installs

Good catch but the "messaging center" still works and is in use (and should not be removed), AFAIK the Messaging is not and can be removed.
