Add Andrew Hoefling's Dependency Injection posts #641

This PR adds the blog post series from @ahoefling (thanks!) to the tutorials section of the docs.

This does not include any adjustments, other than fixing a couple of typos and adding a header to each article:

[!NOTE] This article was originally a blog post by Andrew Hoefling as he implemented the initial dependency injection pattern in DNN. Some details may have changed in the meantime.

It also does not add these to the table of contents, since I didn't know exactly how we wanted to organize these.

@bdukes thanks for doing this, I spoke with @david-poindexter a couple years ago about this and still haven't had the time to do this. Glad to see that you were able to copy the content from my blog and bring it into the official documentation
