Improve Manifest Cleanup documentation #704 #705

I made two changes:

  1. I added an example of how to remove a folder as that was missing
  2. Changed the Glob description as that does delete subfolders, but not he main folder itself Fixes #704

@Timo-Breumelhof upon closer review, we now know there is no globbing support for deletion of folders at all (files only). So, I propose we modify this PR to just include the new folder example within the manifest. You good with this @Timo-Breumelhof?
