[CheckMyDNS] Currently down #23

77.72.225.247 no longer replies. I understand that this custom DNS server may have trouble but may be the welcome page could be on more regular DNS servers so that the user has a better error message?

.247 is the test instance, try https://cmdns.dev.dns-oarc.net/ instead
