Update Adguard #897

Updated Adguard, including:

Replacing IP addresses as VHOSTs, because Adguard has IP SAN for its IPv4 addresses
Adding both reachable IPs for every resolver type.
Sorting ~~and renaming~~

One extra note: It seems Adguard's DoH resolvers are not accessible via IPv6, or I would've added them too.

Do these entries need to be renamed?

This is going to cause a disruption for people currently using adguard.

Need? No, but the current scheme of naming them is not very consistent with the rest of the distribution. And I get that, people might have used their names in server_names field of the config. So I guess I have to keep them sorted this way and revert the changes made to their names.
