Support DigitalOcean App Platform? #95

Maybe it'll be great to have a super simply deploy button with it so that the user can setup their own dnscrypt server instance with in seconds, @jedisct1 what do you think? https://www.digitalocean.com/products/app-platform/

hmmm... looks like it only supports web app and static site right now, never mind.
