99% updates to README.md, 1% added comments about DefaultCfgFile

I've added quite a lot of introductory MUSIC test setup and how to do initial testing.

Things that are still clearly missing:

[ ] More about configuring MUSIC, i.e. what to change in the YAML config files.
[ ] More complete lab tests. While I've added a lot, it should have more examples and details about when stuff goes wrong, presentation of stop-reasons, etc.

We should propably also move the lab test stuff and how to use MUSIC from README to a separate file.

But this is still quite useful I think.

Good work. I have only read through the description. I have not tested it, but it looks to be in order.

@johanix you can merge it, there seem to be som conflicts blocking the merge.
