BUG weather stopped working #85

Description? After some time weather stopped working, using Celestial Manipulator or command to turn rain on it shows for a sec and automatically changes to clear weather. On new world weather works fine. I added to pack a few mods, but in original pack it happened too

EDIT: After some tests I find out that the Advanced Rocketry brokes weather, after removing this mod everything seems fine

If someone have similar problem I figured out that chunk loading nether probably causes that, or just too much chunk loaded dimensions
