10 years ago Before fixing this, could you give me a bit more detail on how they were created? Was this through a file upload, or through direct metadata entry.
It occurs to me that direct metadata entry doesn't de-duplicate like the file import does, so we might need to do something about that!
I note that the fulltext urls are the same, and that should therefore trigger the update rather than a create.
