Add detail to /features of what changed from the old OAI to the new #59

Before launch, @richard-jones noted that there were inaccuracies in the former OAI implementation. Would it be possible to add detail to http://www.doaj.org/features to detail what those changes were?

If you can provide the detail here, I am happy to add it to the page.

Some more specific feedback from an OAI user. Please can you take a look? By 'dates' she is referring to the start date for publication of OA content. The user is EBSCO and they heavily and regularly rely on DOAJ metadata so I trust what she tells me:

/start/ Dates that are the same in the old file and new file:

International Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics Journal of Neurorestoratology

Dates that changed from the old file to the new file:

Communicating Astronomy with the Public Journal (2007 in old file, 2008 in new file) Revista Portuguesa de Medicina Geral e Familiar (2012 in old file, 2013 in new file) Journal of Pharmacopuncture (1997 in old file, 2013 in new file) Journal of Medical Education Development (2007 in old file, 2013 in new file) Journal of Applied Research on Children (2010 in old file, 2013 in new file)

I see more dates that are different from the old and new file formats. And it looks like a large amount of the titles in the new file have start dates of November 2013, which is weird, because that is not their start dates. /end/

Isn't this one redundant now?

I think so. If we go ahead with adding a new format to the OAI interface we'll need to update the documentation as part of that, but otherwise I think the docs we have are fine.
