Develop distribution mechanism for compiling required code and dependencies (cx_Freeze), and for building an installer (InnoSetup).

Beta version installer uploaded to the Releases section. I really ought to be allowed to drink at work, I get my best ideas and coding gains when I'm a little buzzed!
