"Scope Note" / "Usage Note" Label Confusion

Issue: "Scope Note" / "Usage Note" confusion

• On the Candidate Recommendation Snapshot, in the Class: Dataset https://doi-do.github.io/dcat-us/#properties-for-dataset is a new Property labeled "scope note" https://doi-do.github.io/dcat-us/#dataset-scope-note in the Properties table, with the URI https://www.w3.org/TR/skos-reference/#scopeNote. However, when you click down to "scope note" https://doi-do.github.io/dcat-us/#dataset-scope-note the label on the Property Section Link and on the Blue Property box say "usage note." These are inconsistent. Further when you consult the Dataset examples in GitHub, the Property is Labeled "usage-note" in the example link https://github.com/DOI-DO/dcat-us/blob/main/docs/examples/dataset/usage-note.jsonld. However, when you open the example the text says ""scopeNote": "The MAPPE model is a collection o...."

Recommended change(s): Please choose either "scope note" or "usage note" and use it consistently. My recommendation is "scope note" since that aligns with "skos:scopeNote." This will mean corrections to the Candidate Recommendation Snapshot and the GitHub files. Thank you.
