Recommended change(s): Now that a license has been chosen, the old Licensing wiki article should either be amended to point to the license, or removed altogether.
In general, there's still a lot of salient content in the Design Issues section that may have since been resolved, similar to Licensing. The maintainers may want to annotate resolved issues with a small frontmatter note, linking to how these design issues have been resolved.
