@cthomasONRR I like your additions. I also like you used screen reader user instead of assistive tech user. It's clearer.

@Maroyafaied I'm ready to make these updates... can I go in dev and modify the text? We can discuss next week. I believe Shannon made some blog updates when they were in dev before so I don't think it needs to be removed.
