Make a list on wiki for data sets used for all features on website #1675

We need to clarify which data sets are used on different features on the website. For example, we mainly use monthly data on the homepage but for disbursements FY 11 - FY 17 we're using the fiscal year file since the data isn't available in the monthly file.

Is there a comprehensive list of all the features on the website? If not, I think it'll be easier if we make a one and then fill in the blanks for the datasets corresponding to that feature. I'll go ahead and work on a list in a document/spreadsheet and then share once I've finished.

@Baymatt there is not a comprehensive list of all the features on the website, but I like your idea and your approach!

@Baymatt Great start. One feature you missed is in explore data revenue by company CY, we display revenue by company bar chart that comes from the revenue by company file. We don't have have revenue by company for CY 2020 yet so you have to select a prior year to see, here is a screen shot. ![Uploading image.png…]()

@Baymatt This looks great, I believe you captured all the features. I'll leave this issue open for @cthomasONRR to review and to add it to the wiki.

Edited the data overview page with the tables from the features list, also changed the page name and corresponding sidebar item. Can be found here, https://github.com/ONRR/nrrd/wiki/Data-Overview
