"After looking further into the matter, we looked into the events related to the service key issue. It appears that the service account password/key had expired on Friday (they expire every 90 days). As such the next necessary steps would be to delete the existing service key, recreate it, and update the username/password in your deployment scripts which you had already accomplished and resolved the issue.

When cloud.gov changed my role to org manager, all the builds failed on CircleCi. We tried added new variables for username and password but that didn't solve it. @greensomes had to create a new service key on cloud.gov and add it to CircleCi for builds not to fail.
