This automated link checker: https://www.deadlinkchecker.com/website-dead-link-checker.asp said that the following links were broken. I manually checked and here are my findings:

This extension additionally flagged congress.gov links as invalid. I manually checked them all and they work. Congress.gov has a 'robot' test and likely kicked out the automated checker.
