@cthomasONRR @lpgoldstein @eelzi-ONRR Thank you all for working on this, they're all great ideas and we should submit them all. I made a few comments for your consideration. I took a look at the theme this year and thought of another proposal about our team's culture and how we are able to manage with half the resources by being open, collaborative and accountable. Here's a draft, let me know your thoughts.

Title: Delivering Excellence: How a small team with limited resources is able to move mountains through openness, collaboration, and accountability. Description: The Open Data, Design, and Development (ODDD) team within the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) is composed of 1 product manger, 1 program analyst, 1 contact strategist, 1 developer, and 1 UX Designer. The team used to be double the size with the responsibility of managing one website. Now the team manages two websites with 1/2 of the staff. Yet the team managed to successfully execute a project plan to remediate over 3,000 public facing documents to be compliant with Section 508 while redesigning and building a new website with users. The team has a unique collaborative culture with an innovative mindset to always seek improvements and enhance customer experience. We will share creative ideas to find helpful resources when there's a shortage of staff, how to foster a healthy open culture, and the importance of celebrating each other's successes.

@Maroyafaied I added your proposal to the word doc. I added in some comments and made some edits, mainly to make sure we are still at that 150 word limit. Looks good, excited to get these submitted!

@cthomasONRR Awesome, thanks. I'm excited too, I think we have a good chance by submitting two topics for a 1 hour presentation and 2 topics for a 5 min presentation.
