Provide some reorganization and relabeling to the ODDD Teams folder

• Move the "Work for Other Teams" folder into the Administrative folder
• Look for duplications in folders and consolidate
• Label files that are vague to more descriptive names
• Document changes
• Provide a REAM ME file for ODDD team to understand how folders work

Moved individual folders from "Work outside our team" to "Admin" folder as discussed in previous meeting. Then, deleted folder "Work outside our team". Changed the name of "Shannon" excel file in "Admin" folder to "Software-Websites-Login (Formerly Shannon)"

Proposed Changes to Admin (will discuss at next sync up):

• Call-in Number - Shannon created in 2022, do we still need it?
• FOIA - proactive disclosures (from 2021) should this go somewhere else? Do we need it?
• FY 2024 Delegation of Authority - folder for this?
• What do we want to do about old employees or intern's folders (Jerome, Annie, Alena)? I think we should try to do something with them, either take the work they done, label it with their name and put it in the appropriate folder, or get rid of it.
• FedRAMP signed file - new cloud.gov folder?
• Search.gov information - new search.gov folder? Maybe we can put our different meeting notes into this folder as well?
• Software websites and logins - maybe this can go into the training folder?
• Working hours & info - could this go into the Team Building folder?

"Admin" folder changes: Moved "Work for other teams" folder into "Admin" folder. "Work for other teams" now has following folder: • DISC • IMD • ONRR 508 Compliance Approach Team • SPOT • "Video Library Logo" changed to "ONRResource - Video Team" • "ONRR PPTs" - Maroya suggests potential deletion • "telework toolbox" changed to "ONRR Resource - Covid Telework toolbox: - Maroya suggests potential deletion Deleted "Consent form responses" folder from "Admin" because outdated. Moved "Mentoring" folder and "Intern File Share (Annie & Alena)" folder into "Interns" folder. Moved files from "IDEA Act" in "Work outside our team" folder to "Digital Experiences" in "Admin" folder. Created "Team Information" information folder, with following individual files: • Team call in number • Delegation of authority • Software Website Logins • Working Hours and Info Deleted "Jerome's folder" Deleted "Search.gov information" since it was outdated.

"ATO - ONRR Public Web" folder changes: Added FedRAMP documents to "ATO Memos" subfolder and deleted any duplicates. Added the following documents to the "Documentation" folder: • Meeting • Workflow • Controls • SOP • CIS worksheet • ODDD file plan 2022

"NRRD" folder changes: Deleted "Contributing to Code" file because already in Wiki. Deleted "ONRR Transparency" file.

"ONRR.gov" folder changes: Deleted "Technical overview" file.

"Outreach" folder changes: Deleted "NRRD outreach assets" because outdated powerpoint templates. Deleted "WYMHM" folder because this is no longer a part of ONRResource. Deleted "Website Launch Communications Plan" powerpoint. Moved "Analytics and Outreach" excel under Metrics in "Admin" folder. Changed name from "Proposals & Outreach" to "Outreach Proposals & Presentations" and moved the following files into folder: • NRRD outreach plan • Outreach opportunities • Procedures for speaker requests Deleted "Updated Template" powerpoint. Moved "Open Act" file to "What We Do" folder.
