Directus extensions not loading #3132

Docker is failing to load the following Directus extensions:

[x] hook "IndianGasMajorPortion"
[x] hook "NYMEX"
[x] hook "github"
[x] hook "index_zones"
[x] endpoint "directus-extension-document"
[x] endpoint "document"
[x] endpoint "documents" (removed)
[x] endpoint "press-releases"
[x] endpoint "reporter-letters"
[x] endpoint "reporter_letter" (removed)
[x] endpoint "unbundling"

Checking a prod CircleCI build to see if they are currently failing. Some or all of these may be unnecessary and need to be removed.
