Update Federal Receivable Contacts. #3276

The Federal contacts need to be updated. I have attached a file that shows what has changed. The change is in yellow. The contacts page is located:https://onrr.gov/about/contact/paying-contacts?tabs=contacts,federal-accounts-receivable

@Sheetsj When making my update to the contacts that you provided, I noticed that some contacts were used as the primary contact, a backup contact, and supervisor contact. Was this an error?

If you would like to correct the excel we'll be happy to get it live!

Yeah as of right now that is who we have to do it. We are now short staffed and are trying to fill the jobs. We are putting the supervisor at this point until we can get a new person in that spot.
