A problem when run ROMS+WRF+SWAN #185

Hi, John i compiled the coawst based on the Sandy case. It runs well for the Sandy case. however, i got a weird problem when i ran my designed case. it just stuck without any outputs. No error information, no outputs, only give me "Coupled Input File name = Projects/JS_test/coupling_JS.in Coupled Input File name = Projects/JS_test/coupling_JS.in", nothing is written in the slurm.ouput. i was confused for days.
I would be very grateful if you can give me some advice. Have a nice day. here are my .in files swan_JS.in.txt ocean_JS.in.txt namelist.input.txt coupling_JS.in.txt swan_JS_ref3.in.txt grid

Hello, chunlei666! I met the same problem as you showed. It was confusing when i ran my designed case. coawstM was compiled normally and the computer showed that it was running. It just stuck without any outputs. Could you please tell me how the problem was settled? Or it would be very grateful if you could give me some advice.

well, it is going to be difficult for me to have some magic answer. I suggest you start with a reduced complexity. how about just 1 wrf and 1 roms. see if that works. then add swan, etc. look for any Err* files, etc
