Add message when map is loading #24

Add a message to allow users to understand that a map is loading in the explore_aquifer() function. There currently is no message, so it looks like the map is not loading until it suddenly pops up.

I'll take care of this one. I've evolved my standard plop some points on a map, I think what's currently up there is my slightly older style. While I'm updating that I think there should be a way to get some message to appear. Last time I checked though, the super basic spinner was incompatible with the leaflet maps....which has always been kind of a bummer.
