Add Explanation/Legend to Map #25

A user requested that we add an explanation or legend to the map in the explore_aquifer() app. Hopefully this would be straightforward, and be as simple as "site used in composite hydrograph"

Since they're just dots on a map...I think you are right, just a static statement below (right? or am I missing something?)

Correct, just a static statement works fine. It should be pretty intuitive, but still best practice.
