Wiki - Invalid/Missing Links on 'ISIS Online Workshops' page #3441

Description On the ISIS Online Workshops page of the wiki (https://github.com/USGS-Astrogeology/ISIS3/wiki/ISIS_Online_Workshops) the following links are invalid and lead to 404 pages:

ISIS Cube Format
Core Base and Multiplier
Special Pixels
The Power of Spatial Filters
Removing Striping Noise from Image Data
Example ISIS Demos

Furthermore, Working with Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) does not currently link to a mission information page like the other mission headings under Mission Specific ISIS3 Processing do.

These are still broken. I just quickly (re?) migrated the Special Pixels page from Redmine because some other documentation needed to link to it. There was an interactive demo on this page that I didn't migrate that should get migrated in the future.

I will bring this back from inactive. Discussion for things like Special Pixels is important to migrate.

Should be fixed now. The links within the github.io site will be incorrect until #4162 is merged.
