Description
I came across an issue similar to the one raised in question #1695 from 2013.When I run the command hiedr2mosaic.py --web ESP_079382_1735_RED*IMG, I encounter the error message 'The Spice Server was unable to initialize the cube. I attempted to ping the server http://services.isis.astrogeology.usgs.gov/ , but it was unsuccessful.（ I can confirm that there are no networking issues with the Ubuntu virtual machine. ） Therefore, I suspect there might be an issue with the Spice server.
