Hi @AlexGHayes, you might have a look at the solution offered via post #5284 and see if that fixes the problem.
hi AlexGHayes on a side note and just something to keep an eye on having " isis/data" in your home partition may or may not causes a issue with filling up that partition the mission files are HUGE if /home is part of a LVM group then there might not be a issue if not , well ... just something you might want to watch
Hello, I am having problems calibrating LRO NAC images for a product that will use the Ames Stereo Pipeline.
I am able to use lronac2sis on an EDR downloaded from the PDS and can successfully use SPICEINIT with "web=true" and "url=https://astrogeology.usgs.gov/apis/ale/v0.9.1/spiceserver/".
Calibration using lronaccal, however, keeps giving errors despite having downloaded the lro data using the downloadIsisData script. An example of the errors are:
lronaccal from=M1465865543LE.cub to=M1465865543LE.cal.cub
ERROR No existing files found with a numerial version matching [NACL_LinearizationCoefficients.????.txt] in [/Users/hayes/anaconda3/envs/isis/data/lro/calibration].
Looking in /Users/hayes/anaconda3/envs/isis/data/lro/calibration I do not see any .txt files with filenames starting in "NACL_LinearizationCoefficients".
Any help would be much appreciated! This issue is halting our workflow until resolved.
