Looks good, needs a changelog entry and tests

In regards to adding a test: Should I just use a chandrayaan1 .IMG file?(I will write out the data similar to the eis tests). Is it okay that we have a chandrayaan2 label in the data area?

I imagine is fine since their disclaimer says data is free to share for non-commercial use and this is for a test.
