Adds HRSC support in socetlinescankeywords

Description

These changes need to be tests on SOCET SET. I have no way of testing that these keywords work.

Added tests but this still needs to be tested on SOCET SET.

Bonnie confirmed that these keywords allowed her to load an HRSC cube into SOCET.
