Complete to-do list (some optional) - as of PR #28

[x] saveWidget into public_html/img
[x] change units to millions of acre feet
[ ] check on dygraphs bug: year labels disappear when date range spans > 1000 years (but OK on larger screen)
[ ] experiment with callouts in the contemporary period
[ ] consider adding even more current data for the natural flows if/when available
[x] should 15-year average be the preceding 15 years rather than 7 before, 1 during, and 7 after?
[x] format or remove exponents in y axis
[ ] make it possible to opt into seeing the averages or not, seeing the yearly data or not?
[ ] can you opt into seeing the numbers pop up for the averages or not?
[ ] label for shaded drought years
[x] try using 15-year mean of mean(tree rings, flow gage) to extend time series
[x] add yellow line for lowest 15-year mean - currently using 15-year means of mean(tree rings, flow gage)

[ ] use different color, other than light blue, for flow gage data - make easier to see (thx luke, etc.)
