IE svg scaling #332

This will work for static SVGs (changing them from object tags to img tags). But not so much with interactive SVGs, I think. Also, not sure how the specified width will play with view sizes. I will try to play with percentages.

Percentage seems to be working fine

Ugh. Chrome now does not scale the text properly :(
