@Yneeb in addition to the things pointed out in the review, I'd like to suggest a few things for consistency across the svgs:

[x] right justify the y-tick labels
[x] place the mouseover boxes on top of everything, so you don't lose them if you mouseover text or other lines
[x] use a simple semi-transparent hover box instead of a colored one (I think I used black w/ a 10% opacity during hover)
[x] use a line-join for the lines so you don't get breaks (stroke-linejoin:round?)

@jread-usgs Thanks for the explanation. I think I understand what you mean now. This should be a simple fix.

Yeah, I think it is just text-anchor=end or something like that
