`tiny-text` class not working properly #585

allocation context should be 11pt font

"mead-condition-text" should be class tiny-text, but looks like it is getting the default text styling. @mwernimont can you look into this? It looks to be right in the source svg and the css.

Seems fine in the solo file too: https://cida-test.er.usgs.gov/bluedragon/dev/en/img/mead_scene_animated.svg, but maybe there is a clash of some kind when it is in the app?

@jread-usgs Havent been able to replicate that issue on my desktop at any screen size, or on my android and iphone 4.

What were you using and what browser?

not seeing it. maybe fixed with one of the recent deploys? maybe :ghost: ?
