No Angular Velocity Fix #18

Fixed failing to acquire orientations when no angular velocities are present. Now, if our spice calls to get the orientation fail due to no angular velocities we actually try to get orientation with no angular velocities.

Also expanded the room in gnpool to what was being used in ALE
