Sanitize repo #3

In response to Administrative Code Review: https://github.com/DOI-USGS/SpiceQL/issues/2

Did a git filter-branch command which removed the isisKernelList.txt file that contained path files and should clean the git history of the file's existence.

If either @Kelvinrr or @AustinSanders could review this and confirm that the history would be properly sanitized, would be much appreciated.

Im not sure we can scrub the history via a PR, if you think the PR is cleaned up you would need to do a force push to re-write the history.
