Bad labels cause confusing errors for non-developers #156

If a corrupt label or incorrect label is used (e.g., PDS3) and a key is requested that does not exist, the current label classes, PDS3 & ISIS3, do not fail gracefully. Should we consider more user friendly errors?

Propagating the verbose flag added to the load methods by #253 can help with this.
