Currently stuck on an issue with targets and how to do splitters. For now, you can review through the step that starts with Splitters (e.g. 30-about-splitters.md) but know that the main branching example may change to be dynamic branching depending on how Splitters shakes out.

I think you could skip splitters and keep reviewing from Goals for adding appliers to the end, but know that the way we implement Splitters may change our appliers/combiners from static to dynamic branching. It may also impact what we do in the capstone, but I think it may still be worth a look at this point.
