Crashes after using Import USGS contact button #114

The program crashed after I used the import USGS contact button under the dataset point of contact box. It crashed 2 times in a row but then did not crash on my 3rd attempt. I don't know what was different between attempts. All three times it was successful in finding the contact and populating the fields when it crashed it was after populating the fields.

Update to this.. I'm using the latest version and it crashes after I enter a USGS name and hit the ok button. If I enter a usgs name and hit enter then it works fine.

In v2.0.7 'Import USGS Contact' works as expected in testing. I can import a user by entering a valid email address and clicking OK, or by hitting enter.
