4 years ago Self-merging for now to keep going since I know this works because it already produced a released viz and there weren't any structural changes to the pipeline, only some adjustments to visuals and a few R fxns.

Shouldn't need a different version for mac builds now because we increased the frame dimensions and then shrink during video creation to improve resolution.
I forgot to do PR this until now ....
