2022 Water Year River Conditions Animation

Summary of changes:

• gathered all callouts from previous 2022 builds of River Conditions
• added Q1 callouts provided by Karl in Teams Chat with the addition of two new callouts for Arctic front that impacted the Eastern U.S., as well as tropical storm that impacted the Pacific Coast in late December.
• Built twitter version and additional outreach artifact (-instagram) and will present to vizlab group for comments and feedback
• all content, including video description text, can be found in this sharepoint folder:

To do:

• Pending additional edits, will need to edit callouts, rebuild Twitter Version and build instagram
  • note : IG version causes rendering issues. After speaking to Lindsay, the generate_insta_video() function is intended for ~ 1 min, quarterly animation. Moving forward with sharing out just 2023 Q1 Quartly viz with web comms.
• share with Joe and Cee for approval to post
• write up accompanying video description and share with social media team to share
