To me, the way we chose to represent the data means that "U.S. River Conditions" is still an accurate title. For each frame, we are comparing the currently daily value to that of the entire record at that gage (no matter the season, day-of-year, etc). So, each point is telling us how that day shapes up against what conditions we see at that gage all year. This means we don't need to add caveats about how it is relative to the current day-of-the-year and such. See #86, as we have added an explanation of what we mean by "condition" - comparing each daily value to the historic record of each gage.
Depending on final data we use to represent flow, we might need to adjust the title.
