Expand normal range to include 25-75% #99

Closes #83. Doesn't do anything with adjusting color scale as we talked about this morning (#97, #98). Here's a 30 second example of how this looks:

Alison and I agreed that we don't need to review every single one of these - just ones where the author feels unsure about the work they've done, or if we are doing some data processing/changes.
