Mouseovers give station name instead of site ID? #111

the gage ID doesn't mean much to people that aren't familiar w/ USGS already. The site names are included in the same metadata, but are ugly and all caps.

See state names http://www.nws.noaa.gov/oh/hads/USGS/FL_USGS-HADS_SITES.txt or from NWISweb (same)
