Add NEON lakes #102

Not all of these are in our current footprint, but those that are have great data that we should use. SUGG – D03, Florida, Suggs Lake

BARC – D03, Florida, Lake Barco

PRPO – D09, North Dakota, Prairie Pothole

PRLA – D09, North Dakota, Prairie Lake

CRAM – D05, Wisconsin, Crampton Lake

LIRO – D05, Wisconsin, Little Rock Lake

TOOK –D18, Alaska, Toolik Lake

bathymetric maps from the bat_resultsFile, you can get to a data download that has a _volume.csv, which is what we want

manual temperature profiles and have files like this NEON.D09.PRLA.DP1.20254.001.dep_profileData.2015-07.basic.20200204T134217Z.csv for each month (some months contain more than one sampling date)

buoy temperature profiles files that are named like NEON.D09.PRPO.DP1.20264.001.103.501.030.TSD_30_min.2019-09.expanded.20191005T221538Z.csv for a single month and a single depth for the sensor.

Highly studied, high quality data for those lakes. Even though there are only a handful.
