hypsography for IA DNR lakes #155

Not sure what the canonical ID is for Iowa DNR. This dataset has 913 waterbodies in it, but only 286 of these have the WBID value (the rest are missing/NA). Other potential IDs in that dataset are Lake_Name and County which I think mostly get you to a unique lake? From this link it looks like the WBID here is a "Legacy ADBCode"

lakeCode (from bathy) has values like AUP68 while WBID has values like IA 04-LDM-01395-L (or NA; as mentioned above, these are legacy IDs). This example is Albia City Reservoir in Monroe county

Matching this to the bathy dataset, there are 176 name/county matches
